About Founder Editor Charudatta Pathak
Charudatta Pathak attended St. Aloysius High School in Bhusawal, which was founded in 1874 and is one of India’s oldest convent schools. He obtained his bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from SSVPS College of Engineering, Dhule in 1995 with outstanding academic performance. Subsequently, he commenced his professional journey as a CNC programmer in a toolroom. He has used FANUC, Deckle, Maho, and Mikron controllers to operate 2-axis and 3-axis machines in the production of jigs, fixtures, dies, and molds. He began his career as an educator in 1996, when he became a lecturer at SSVPS College of Engineering, Dhule.
Furthermore, he completed his post-graduation in CAD/CAM from L. D. College of Engineering, Ahmedabad, in 2000 and obtained a Ph.D. degree from COEP in 2011 while also working in academia. Until 2023, he held multiple academic positions, including lecturer, assistant professor, professor, dean, principal, director, and vice chancellor at public and private universities across India. From 2008 to 2010, he held the position of project lead in the CAE department at a European multinational corporation. Throughout his 28-year professional experience, he observed a requirement for reliable publications aimed at youngsters in grades 8 to 12, specifically for early-stage career planning.
