Worldwide Arduino Contest for Students
There’s a worldwide Arduino Contest for students. Particularly, the Solid-State Circuits Society runs it. Specifically, students in high school or college can join to find out more about electronics. In fact, the contest wants students to make a project that aids people with disabilities. Participants can work solo or in teams of up to three.
The contest gives help, learning materials, and a reason to try. You might even get a free set of parts to begin (if they are still available). Also, you don’t need to know anything beforehand. Additionally, short lessons and a guide are there to support people to learn about Arduino.
To participate, teams must make a three-minute video about their project. Specifically, the video should show the team members, their school, and their country. It should also show how the project works. Finally, the video needs to talk about a problem the team had and how they fixed it. In fact, projects that directly assist a community member in the video are even eligible for a bonus point. The deadline for video submissions is August 1, 2025.
The contest offers the chance to win huge cash prizes and worldwide recognition. This contest helps students worldwide learn electronics, improve their problem-solving skills, and possibly benefit their communities.
