Sqn Ldr Sachin Bhatnagar (retd.) has lived multiple lives — and each one has added a layer to his understanding of leadership, service, and human potential. He began his career in the Indian Air Force, serving for 11 years in the Air Traffic Controlling branch. His time in the IAF brought him face to face with history: he witnessed the Kargil Operation, one of India's most significant military engagements, and was part of the tsunami disaster relief operation in the Andaman and Nicobar Islands in 2004, one of the largest humanitarian missions ever undertaken by the Indian armed forces. These experiences taught him about composure under pressure, the importance of precision, and the meaning of service. After retiring from the IAF, he transitioned to the corporate world — a shift that many military personnel find challenging, but that he navigated with the same discipline and adaptability that defined his Air Force career. He served for 15 years in the corporate sector in various leadership capacities, building expertise in management, strategy, and operations. He complemented this practical experience with formal management education from Symbiosis and IIM Lucknow. But Sachin's journey did not stop at corporate success. He became a certified life coach and life skills trainer, driven by a desire to help others unlock their potential — drawing on his military experience, his corporate insights, and his deep understanding of what it takes to navigate major life transitions. He also authored a book titled "Soul Salsa," sharing his perspectives on life, purpose, and personal growth.Today, he runs a financial services and real estate consultancy based in Indore (MP), dedicated specifically to serving defence personnel. Having walked the path himself, he understands the unique financial and lifestyle needs of those who serve — and those who have served. As an author for ENTECH Magazine, he writes for defence personnel navigating life after service, for aspiring life coaches, for corporate professionals seeking purpose, and for anyone interested in the art of living a meaningful life.Primary Beats
