Shreya Kale is a versatile artist, architect, writer, and social entrepreneur. She is the Founder of reKraftt, a venture focused on sustainable design and circularity. An alumna of Dr. Bhanuben Nanavati College of Architecture, she has held leadership positions including Campus Director under the United Nations Academic Impact – Millennium Fellowship (2023) and Leader at Volship – India's Largest Youth Fellowship for youth, initiated by Volunteer for India and Bhumi and supported by YuWaah at UNICEF. She is also a Fellow at BeVisioneers – The Mercedes-Benz Fellowship, implemented by The DO School, and a former Story Teller for the Mumbai Local Hub at BeVisioneers. As a Global Shaper at the Pune Hub — an initiative by the World Economic Forum — she works with a curated youth network on local and global impact projects. She is an architect, artist, writer, and social entrepreneur whose work sits at the intersection of sustainable design, youth leadership, and global impact.She is the Founder of reKraftt, a venture that embodies her commitment to circular design — reimagining materials, spaces, and systems to minimize waste and maximize purpose. Her architectural training at Dr. Bhanuben Nanavati College of Architecture gave her the technical foundation, but her vision extends far beyond buildings. She sees architecture as a tool for social and environmental transformation.Shreya's leadership journey is remarkable in its breadth and depth. She served as Campus Director under the United Nations Academic Impact – Millennium Fellowship in 2023, representing her institution in a global network of young leaders working toward the UN Sustainable Development Goals. She was a Leader at Volship – India's Largest Youth Fellowship, an initiative by Volunteer for India and Bhumi, supported by YuWaah at UNICEF — a program that equips young people with the skills and networks to drive social change at scale.She is a Fellow at BeVisioneers – The Mercedes-Benz Fellowship, implemented by The DO School, a prestigious program that supports young innovators working on sustainability solutions. She previously served as a Story Teller for the Mumbai Local Hub at BeVisioneers, using narrative to amplify the impact of sustainability projects.Shreya is also a Global Shaper at the Pune Hub, an initiative of the World Economic Forum.
